Choose from a modern mono-pitch roof for half-vaulted ceilings that make you feel like you’re on top of the world, or go for a classic gable roof for more traditional mountain aesthetic.
A versatile bungalow for secondary accommodation or home office space, with a king bedroom and convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom. With semi-customizable roof style and exterior finishes, you can coordinate the design to match your primary residence.
Alternatively, we are able to build any of the small-scale and multi-unit housing options from the Province of BC Standardized Housing Design Catalogue, available for free download.
The catalogue includes accessory dwelling units, duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes, and townhouses. These standardized designs feature a "building blocks" approach that allows for customization, including options for garages and extra bedrooms, and the possibility to stack up to three stories.
