Freestone Construction was founded by long-term Fernie residents Alex Grill and Jack Norris, whose extensive experience on the tools and in project management ranges from high-end custom homes, to complex renovations, to industrial superstructures. Since our inception in 2020, we’ve cultivated a proficient team of carpenters, project managers, and sub trades - rooted in the Elk Valley and committed to excellence. We’re family-oriented individuals who value the community and outdoor lifestyle that make this area unique.

Highly recommend using Freestone. They did a large renovation project for us that included a full bathroom gut and mudroom renovation, including the tearing down of a wall. They completed the project on budget and time, minus my self-induced scope creep as I added more work to both projects (of which they were very accommodating and offered me great advice/suggestions).
